All My Sons by Arthur Miller is a 1947 drama about Joe Keller, a businessman who knowingly shipped defective airplane parts during WWII, causing 21 pilots' deaths. While Joe was exonerated and his partner jailed, the play uncovers his guilt, culminating in his suicide after realizing his actions caused his own son Larry's death.
